Good timely service. 7/20/2011

Called in what had to be a very busy with 17-18 straight days of highs at 100 or more. got to talk to a live person who was helpful and polite. Called around 8 am and had a repairman out that afternoon (Preston)...diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and said he'd call and order part and try to get me on the schedule the following day. By 2pm the next day the part was installed by Nick who also seemed to be courteous and knowledgeable. 2 hours later, the temp in house had dropped from 89 to 81! Price was fair! thanks. more

Overall, they are the best ! They did the job right the first time . 6/12/2011

We had to have our old compressor replaced . Nick came out on a Saturday to install the new compressor . Nick was awesome !He was prompt in getting there . He went right to work . He was so professional explaining everything he was doing so I felt comfortable in his work. I would recommend their service anytime without hesitating . Thanks for being honest and professional . Air & Heat hospital has taken care of our 3 units since we did a major remodel They have nursed the old units until it was time to replace them. They have always gone out of their way to be accomidating. I would reccommend them to anyone needing this service or replacement units. more

Great company 3/4/2011

Dave, the owner, came out to tell me about the A/C and Heat, before I purchaced it. He was very nice, and explained everything about how it would work. His installers were very efficient and courteous. After it was installed, Dave came out to make sure all was ok and I was satisfied. I would highly recomend his company, for price and for the people you deal with. more

Satisfactory. 2/15/2011

My experience with Air & Heat Hospital was fine. I was a little disappointed with the wait for service calls, though. I spoke to David, and he got it all straightened out. When the technician didn't want to agree with the price on the website, David agreed to charge the price as I found it. Because of David and his actions, I am willing to recommend others to use them, and I would use them again myself. more
