Air & Heat Hospital did all the work in one day. They took out our existing air heater unit, redid all the duct work, rewired it, and just did everything. Half of the time, I didn't even know they were there. They kept a low profile, did the work quickly, and did it well. They delivered exactly what they promised. more

Cost Effective Solution 2/18/2013

Air and Heat Hospital offered me cost effective solution to replace the HVAC unit in a rental home that I am selling. I got several estimates from other companies but Air & Heat hospital came in the lowest. Their prices allowed me to zone the system and install new ducts which will help sell the house. I would recommend Air and Heat Hospital to anybody. Thanks David! more

I've been using Air & Heat Hospital since 1994. All I can say is that the service used to be better than it currently is. Air & Heat Hospital was great! They came out on time and installed a complete system with duct work and everything within one day. The employees were great and hard-working. The owner personally came over to speak with us and make sure we were happy. We love our new AC and feel comfortable knowing we can rely on Air & Heat for all our AC needs! more

Great service, competitive price. 1/7/2013

We needed additional A/C for a few rooms we added to our house. When gathering estimates A/H Hospital was one of the few A/C folks who did not try to oversell for my needs. He recommended zoning off an existing unit, which after some usage is plenty for the situation. We had other A/C vendors try to sell us an additional 2.5 tons of A/C which would have been expensive and MUCH more than we actually need. During the install, the crew did an excellent job, and was very respectful of the property during the install. Afterwards they took the time to show me the system and answer all my questions. Their Trane expertise was excellent! In two previous houses Ive had Trane equipment installed and it took the installers several times to get the systems setup correctly, even though they were certified Trane technicians. Air&Heat Hospital got it right the first time and their knowledge of the existing Trane system was better than my original installers. David and his company did an excellent job, and did not try to oversell me equipment I did not need. I would highly recommend them to others. more

Efficient, courteous, professional, and punctual 12/27/2012

One time we had an emergency. I was under a lot of stress because my husband was in the hospital, and I came home to shower. The heating system had failed. So I called at 9 pm and the owner came out. He discovered that we'd had a power outage and the system had tripped and didn't come back on. So he tripped the breaker for me, and got me going again. We've used them for several years at our rental property and in the home where we live. They have always been efficient, courteous, professional, and punctual, which is really important to me. We appreciate them. more

Dave's knowledge and expertise made us confident that we made the right choice for the job we had been avoiding. 12/6/2012

Our HVAC system was over 19 years old and we had been avoiding having it replaced due to the expense and who to trust with the job. Dave came out and went through the entire system and his knowledge and experience were evident. We were just going to replace the upstairs unit, but seeing the results of the work, we decided to replace the downstairs unit the very next day. The whole experience was very smooth and the price was reasonable. more

Gave me the benefit of the doubt, all the way through. 11/7/2012

The owner, David, came out and personally did an evaluation of my system's needs. I'd had other companies come out before that were salespeople, and there's nothing wrong with salespeople, but I felt like he was more sincere. He seemed more interested in getting me exactly what I need. I also appreciate that I was able to choose either free financing for 12 months or a discount for paying right then and there and an additional discount for paying with a check instead of a credit card. They really gave me the benefit of the doubt, all the way through. It was a very positive experience, whereas the other two were not so pleasant. The other companies were like used car salespeople, Air & Heat Hospital felt like professionals. more

Dave and his associates really have it all ! 9/25/2012

Our AC died and we were living out of the bedroom with a window unit. We called A&HH and Dave came out the same day to offer a quote. He even made special arrangements for a turnkey installation on a long holiday weekend! Dave and his associates really have it all. From sales to completion it was a very good experience. These folks are more service oriented than anyone we have seen in a long time. We will definitly recommend them to our friends and would happily do business with them again. Great experience with Air & Heat Hospital. 7/25/2012

They were very friendly and very prompt to come to our house. They did a really good a inspection at our house and gave us information on what they thought would help with our air and heating bills and some issues we were having. I felt like they didn't try to gouge us. They told us what we could do to treat the problem and what options we have for doing bigger projects. There was no pressure placed on us, and we are pleased especially with our lower heating bills. more

I really enjoyed dealing with Air & Heat Hospital! I shopped around, and that's why I chose them. I bought a machine from Air & Heat Hospital a little over a year ago. We haven't had issues and nothing's gone wrong with it. The service is excellent. I would recommend Air & Heat Hospital. I met Dave and I talked to him directly. Best Job for the Best Price and Service in the Metroplex 4/27/2012

I interviewed all of the major HVAC installers in the DFW metroplex. Ten companies were called two didn't show up for their appointments and the others tried to sell me their preferred units. David, the owner of Air and Heat Hospital,not only was on time, but explained every detail of what he proposed and exactly what it would cost. He beat the nearest bider by almost $5000, with no gimmicks or tricks. He installed two 5 ton Trane 16 seer units, all new ducting and furnaces, blowers and even the New Ultra violet light system. Great job, courteous workers,great warranties. I highly recommend this company. more

Got what I asked for and more with Air & Heat Hospital. 4/27/2012

Air & Heat Hospital were very, very good and professional. When they found out the job was bigger than they expected it to be, they continued to do it. It was bigger than their bid, but still they did the job as if they were going to get exactly what I paid. They did more work than their bid because they underbid for a bigger than expected job, but you would not know that based on the service. They still gave me the service requested, and I have no complaints at all. The service was good, the people were good, the people were professional, and I recommend them. more
