Called in what had to be a very busy with 17-18 straight days of highs at 100 or more. got to talk to a live person who was helpful and polite. Called around 8 am and had a repairman out that afternoon (Preston)...diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and said he'd call and order part and try to get me on the schedule the following day. By 2pm the next day the part was installed by Nick who also seemed to be courteous and knowledgeable. 2 hours later, the temp in house had dropped from 89 to 81! Price was fair! thanks.
