Review content:
The owner, David, came out and personally did an evaluation of my system's needs. I'd had other companies come out before that were salespeople, and there's nothing wrong with salespeople, but I felt like he was more sincere. He seemed more interested in getting me exactly what I need.
I also appreciate that I was able to choose either free financing for 12 months or a discount for paying right then and there and an additional discount for paying with a check instead of a credit card. They really gave me the benefit of the doubt, all the way through. It was a very positive experience, whereas the other two were not so pleasant. The other companies were like used car salespeople, Air & Heat Hospital felt like professionals.
