Dr. Cindy and her staff is great! Never had one problem. You may have to wait a little after your appointment time, because she takes her time with every client to explain everything. She will not rush you in and out like a cattle call. I believe that Dr. Cindy truly cares about all her animal clients. My dog Henry, had the best of care when he started to chew off his tail. When he started not eating, shaking, and started to not interact with the family, Dr. Cindy ran tests so she could treat him appropriately. She even took him to her own home to watch him at nighttime to see how he was taking his fluids. Best Vet Ever! R.B. in Midwest City more

The previous reviewer, Crystal D., has blatantly lied about this excellent hospital. I've been a client for many years, and think Dr. Cindy and her staff hang the moon because they have saved my darling dogs more than once. Get a life, Crystal! more

It is my belief that the previous review was written by a disgruntled employee. I have never found Dr. Cindy Newnam or her staff to be unprofessional, not knowledgeable, or rude. They are frequently busy, sometimes overwhelmed, but never rude. If the front office staff does not know the answer to a question, they will ask you to wait while they get an appropriate answer from Dr. Cindy. I have met some rude people there but they were always clients, and the staff handled those people with dignity and grace. more

DO NOT take your pets to this place. Dr. Newnan has her unqualified / unlicensed staff perform illegal procedures on animals that only a licensed vet is qualified to do! They also use expired materials and outdated equipment! Also all the 5 star reviews you see online are from her staff NOT the patients so don't be fooled! Customer Service is horrible. Their answer for everything is "" I don't know""! Good luck trying to get a hold of someone in the office when you call too, they never answer and when they do they make it obvious you are wasting their time! more
