With some water collecting on the cellar floor I suspected a slow leak from the water heater. I called Aiello and they sent Tom S to assess the situation. Tom was very professional and did an outstanding job. Within 2 minutes he determined that the water was coming out of a pressure relief valve attached to the expansion tank. He did another quick test and also determined that the bladder in the expansion tank had failed. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the expansion tank and solved the problem. He also made some recommendations about a few things that might need attention in the next year. I am thrilled with the way Tom fixed our leak. more

Stacy Carabelli was the Technician who visited me today. His report reads: "gave customer a price for a 40 gallon natural gas standard vent water heater with a 6 yr warranty - Whi-045 with 15% Sr. dis and 10% sp dis with a total of $942.07." For purposes of comparative bids I should have asked for the model of water heater, and the prices itemized for equipment and labor. Would have been nice if it were offered that way without my needing to ask. Staff member(s) who visited my home previously asked me how old the water heater was. I didn't know (at the time), so told them the condo was built in 1985. I was told by a previous tech that I was in danger of failure of the heater which would result in a significant spillage of water, and that lifespan for a water heater is seldom more than 15 yrs. HOWEVER, when I looked more carefully, my heater was installed by Aiello before I purchased my condo. The date on the cover of the manual, in a clear plastic pocket on the side of the heater said "Built 2008." So, according to Aiello staff, I could have as many as seven more years of useful service on a unit you installed. And yet, although there was no pressure, Stacy asked if I'd like to schedule an installation or think about it some more. I told him I wanted to think about it some more. Now that I have, I do not intend to make a purchase at this time. Apart from that, Stacy was friendly, polite, thorough -- all of which I appreciated very much. I would have preferred he had told me there were several more years of useful life in the heater I own. more

The men were on time, found the problem and fixed it, explaining each step to me, The fee seems a little high, but the timeliness and quality of service was worth it. more

The shorter version: On 9 Jan 2015, Aiello did not properly install my new, high-end HVAC system (hybrid - propane furnace with a heat pump). After several visits (we may be over a dozen by now) and countless hours of my and my wife's time lost, it still isn't operating properly. This installation and subsequent repair visits (unprofessional base just placed on snow for the heat pump, zones improperly wired, missing a part that was supposed to come with the system, A/C drain plumbing was stripped when installed so it was leaking, A/C couldn't keep up with the demand, and so on). This has been a horrible experience so I recommend everyone should save themselves the trouble and avoid this company. Fortunately, Aiello did promise to purchase a parts and labor warranty for me so at least I will be protected over the next several years as this system continues to break (if I follow all the terms of the agreement). However, I wouldn't be surprised if the warranty requires annual/semi-annual tune-ups/inspections and I will likely have to absorb those costs. Unfortunately, I have to give them a full year to try and fix this system. One positive, and it wouldn't be fair not to mention it, everyone I spoke with continued to be polite, respectful, and legitimately tried to help. more

Mark arrived in great tine!! Mark was and is always a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful electrician!! He is extremely neat and efficient in his work. He looked over my situation and suggested sone things and saw an area where he could improve my situation as well as fix the problem. He resolved my issue quickly, cleanly, professionally and let me inspect it and try it out. Very personable, understanding and technically great! I'd have Mark do work fit me anytime. Stephen S. did an excellent job at explaining the problem I could be having and offered solutions to correct the problem. With my A/C coil freezing up because the freon was low he proceeded to explain to me the different prices I'd be paying for the amount of freon I might need. Then he had me watch him as he added what amounted to three pounds of freon and explained the gauges he was using and what was an optimal operating condition. Stephen was professional in every way. I plan to ask for him for any future heating or cooling repairs I might need. more

Aiello came to my house to complete an energy audit to improve the energy efficiency of my house. I can't say enough about Jesse's professionalism and attention to detail. He was polite, professional, explained everything to my satisfaction and improved the energy efficiency of my house it just one visit. i trust Jesse's recommendations for additional improvements to my home! more

Husband tried to fix and finally gave up. Aiello tech came by and with in 10-15 minute he had the problem solved and no more leaking :) Thanks!!!! technician, customer service rep very helpful and friendly. more

Mark was very personable, and knowlegable. It was hard to find anyone willing to work on my whole house attic fan. He figured out quickly the proper adjustment to make it function properly again. Thanks more

Shawn came on 4/29/2015 to provide the annual maintenance on our A/C. He was prompt, very polite and explained what he was doing. He identified the noise on the contactor (?) unit and replaced that as well. Eliminated the noise so that the unit will be fine during the hot weeks ahead. He inspected the filter and said that it did not need replacement at this time. Very satified. more

Shawn was very professional and price was very reasonable. A little confusing that quite a few very dust webs caused an issue after having another Aiello tech. doing a cleaning a few months prior....Ummm! I wonder if the 1st guy gave furnace a proper servicing??? Any way...Thanks Shawn, you made me trust a little better. more
