Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

install dishwasher 7/27/2018

The technician was Robert Nadile, he did a nice job but I must say that I would never use this company again to install a dishwasher as over a thousand dollars for an installation which took no more than 90 minutes is ridiculous. FOR THIS REASON , I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Rating for job a 4, for the service 2 because of ridiculous price. HART NEW BRITAIN more

Professional and Thorough 7/12/2018

Zach E. came out to do an annual service on my central air. He was professional, friendly and explained everything that was good, some things that may need attention in the future and things that I may want to think about attending to now. He went through pricing and was not pushy, he allowed me to take my time to make an informed decision. This is not the first time I have used Aiello and each time the service is outstanding. Had my A/C checked today & Jason was Great, however in all the years I’ve been with Aiello this is the first & only time they’ve come out and didn’t find something to charge me for. They’re furnace repair people are absolutely the worst in the business and when you want to cancel your service contract they give you static about having to do so in writing. Way to expensive for the nothing that they do and can’t seem to be able to answer questions only offering expensive excuses that other companies can do cheaper or can make inexpensive on the site repairs. I wouldn’t ever go back to them 1 star more

Electrical work performed in our home 5/20/2018

Scott G. came to our home while we were having an HVAC repair and noted several issues in our basement that were not up to code. He suggested that they be repaired for safety reasons. We asked him to perform those tasks and several others, including additional lighting in the basement and a generator connection. Work was completed promptly and the site was completely clean when he left. Scott provided excellent value for the cost of his services and we are quite pleased. more

Service call for Sr citizens 5/10/2018

Zack was an absolute professional. He had his work cut out explaining new tech to a senior citizen. However, he was extremely patient, thorough and most important, respectful. He gave honest professional opinion when asked and used personal experience to help ensure confidence. more

Service experience 5/2/2018

For Zack Elfein, Srv. Tech-very polite, clean, conscientious, knowledgable and willing to do extra work while here on the HVAC system as it needed more than just the annual service. Good guy, I recommend keeping him on board and moving him up in the company! Service wasn't cheap but reasonable. Linda Bissell more

Excellent Service 4/24/2018

Came to my home gave me quote, explained the process and got the job done. Well please with the entire process. Discovered I had no hot water @ around noon and a new heater was installed by five o'clock before my wife and daughter returned home from work. Very Good!!!!! more

Bob came on the button and was pleasant to talk to. He came the very afternoon that I called in for help with a major plumbing issue. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it, plus updated some other items in need of some attention. He gave me choices for levels of replacement items and projects and did not put pressure on me to go for the most expensive. I am so glad to have the work all done in such a quick and efficient manner. It made my day!! more

not much more than i said in past review Cindy was her excellent csr self making sure i got service as soon as i could she is the best .Clay as a Tech excellent he found the problem told us what was going to be needed to be done when we have funds but got furnace operational none the less he is the best.Steve was excellent working out affordability thank you Steve and Jesse tried his best to get financing for new furnace again would highly refer Aiello to anybody more

Nick W. did a great job repairing my MB exhaust fan. He repaired only what was necessary to save me money. I really appreciated that. He explained the entire process to me as he was working. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would not hesitate to have him return and do more work in my home as needed. more

Gfi circuit breaker replacement. 1/18/2018

Technician Nick was very professional and did a good job. The cost of the job was way out of line what it should have been. The cost of the GFI breaker was $120 when retail price was about $25 tops. The whole job took about 1 hr and the total price was $600. I don't know what their hourly rate is but I think $400 a hr is outrageous. more

Home energy audit 1/15/2018

Ross and Spencer came to our home in Windsor Locks today to perform an energy audit of our home. They arrived promptly as scheduled. They got established on the job site quickly and got right to work following a run down of what they would be doing. Both Ross and Spencer were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and all around, a great team. Very friendly as well. Very happy with the outcome of the work. Already notice an improvement as a result of the services provided in that most of the old draftiness seems nearly eliminated. Hi-5 to Ross and Spencer. more
