Bob Nadile was our in Home Service Rep. Excellent individual, he explained the issues we were having and gave us options on what or why to do things. All work and clean up was completed in the same afternoon. He also handled our house of "Animals" including Charlie very well. I would recommend the Aiello folks for anyone's service needs. more

We had a leak from work done a few months ago. Bill L. was sent out the same day I reported the problem and quickly fixed it. He is an asset to the company, he knew exactly what to do and did a great job explaining and coming up with a remedy. Aiello has so far been a great company to work with. more

Jeff and his partner were here and checked out our heating system for the winter. It got good marks and from Jeff's oral and checked off report, it seems they checked everything. Hard to tell what they did but we were pleased they found no apparent problems. The true test of their expertise will be us getting through the winter with no problems. Their manner was very good and their assurance was comforting. They both represented your company well and seemed to know what they were doing. Put me in the "not a fan" category. Although I will give them an A for responsiveness and timeliness. They were only interested in selling me a new sewage ejection pump for $1,800 which I didn't need, and on top of it found other things wrong with the unit. In the end I needed a separate float switch which cost $50 with $250 for labor (which I still think was a bit high). I ended up paying Aeillo $200 for the visit. I can never use them again nor would I recommend them. more

Richard Quesada is an asset to your company. Helpful, polite, hard worker and did great work in a timely fashion. Left job site clean, an explained things well. Here is a worker that should move to the top of your list.! more

PRO: service tech was pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. Arrived on time. CON: Flat rate pricing appears to be high given the two replacement faucets and less than two hours labor. Although I was totally satisfied with the service, the pricing would probably drive me to talk to other companies prior to contacting Aiello. more

After completing his inspection, Nick recommended some fixes. Each one was clearly explained (including why it was needed), and the price was presented. Nick completed the work quickly and even explained GFI! Throughout the visit he was pleasant and friendly, and did an excellent job. more

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service that I received from Aiello. I am a 10 year+ customer so if they will do it to me then they will do it to you. First they convinced me that I needed a new furnace to the tune of $4,600 and then after the new one fails they convince me that the problem is possibly various electrical parts and not the furnace. Which led me to the logical conclusion that my old furnace was probably fine, so no need for a new one. I called the company and spoke to Steve Birch, General Manager and he explained that his first priority was to get heat to the house (I agreed) and we would handle the big complaint/issue of my wife and I possibly buying a furnace we probably did not need after heat was restored. They came out on 4 separate occasions to fix the so called "component problems" to no avail, though eventually it was fixed. The larger issue is that we feel we may have unnecessarily been sold a furnace. Unfortunately after repeated calls (4 at my last count) I still not have heard from Steven Birch the General Manager. The company leader who said he would call me back in 24-48 hours. I am hesitant to ever call out anyone for their integrity and lack of service; because honest mistakes happen, but at this point Steven Birch leaves me no choice but to question both his honesty and integrity as a business man and person. I have done business with this company for over a decade and for him to not provide me the courtesy of a phone call after multiple attempts (always in a meeting and will call back shortly) is a blatant disregard for both service and integrity. Tom came to my home to look at my faulty furnace. Not only was he a cheerful and engaging guy, he provided the most in depth overview of my furnace, it's needs and my role in its maintenance. Most Tech's just do their jobs and move on, but Tom went above the norm in his helpfulness in ensuring we got the most out of the Furnace. He gives the HVAC Tech world a good name. Aiello is lucky to have him. more
