I was there for what felt like an unnecessarily long time. They took a ton of digital pictures (other than the x-rays) of my mouth, and for what purpose? I don't like feeling like I'm being used. At one point my hygienist started talking about something random, and I was confused--turned out she was talking into her hands-free headset. I feel like I'm paying too much for the services I'm receiving. I guess they have to afford their building expansion, etc. This place felt too much like just a money-making operation. The woman who explained the estimated costs was nice, and it was helpful to have this explanation up front.
