Great customer service, knowledgeable staff 12/6/2013

I bought an 05 MDX used from another dealer and had it under warranty, but it always ran great, so this was my first experience with the acura lynnwood dealership itself. My motor mounts were loose and needed repair. I talked to rick who helped me figure out everything about my warranty information by calling around, and got it in the shop the same day with minimum hassle. i waited in the lobby and drank some coffe and hot cocoas, and staff would periodically ask if i was ok but i could tell they were on top of it and it just naturally took a little bit of time for the shop to finish, so i didnt worry. Great experience overall. more

Help in an emergency 12/4/2013

When I got a message about my car needing immediate attention, the service department took my car in at once. As it turned out to be rather complicated, I was given a loaner car for three days. The problem was fixed and has not recurred. If I were to add any negative remarks, it would only be that they hadn't done the oil change that was requested, but did it on the spot when I pointed it out to them. It merely required waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. more

Acura of Lynnwood provided us an integrated team that 'worked together' to provide exemplary customer service. The process of purchasing a new vehicle had many decision points that involved the efforts of several individuals. The 'team' efforts resulted in two delighted owners of our very own 2014 Acura MDX. Acura of Lynnwood appears to have preserved a philosophy seldom found in today's business; a philosophy based on ensuring 'one satisfied customer at a time' - how refreshing - how appreciated! Worthy of special recognition is our sales person Anthony. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, timely, and an excellent communicator. During pick-up of our MDX, Anthony demonstrated customer insight by focusing on 'main features' followed by showing us areas of the manual for additional information and a friendly invitation to drop by and ask any questions that might arise. more

I like that u guys offer free coffee, cookies, n TV. U definitely make the customer feel at home. The only thing I wasn't too impressed was how long it took for just n oil change. Other then that I had n awesome experience. more
