When I got a message about my car needing immediate attention, the service department took my car in at once. As it turned out to be rather complicated, I was given a loaner car for three days. The problem was fixed and has not recurred. If I were to add any negative remarks, it would only be that they hadn't done the oil change that was requested, but did it on the spot when I pointed it out to them. It merely required waiting for 20 to 30 minutes.
