I bought an 05 MDX used from another dealer and had it under warranty, but it always ran great, so this was my first experience with the acura lynnwood dealership itself. My motor mounts were loose and needed repair. I talked to rick who helped me figure out everything about my warranty information by calling around, and got it in the shop the same day with minimum hassle. i waited in the lobby and drank some coffe and hot cocoas, and staff would periodically ask if i was ok but i could tell they were on top of it and it just naturally took a little bit of time for the shop to finish, so i didnt worry. Great experience overall.
