The bill they were trying to collect had already been paid two years ago, as evidneced by a check cleared through my bank with the Account Recovery Bank stamp authorization on the back. The employees that contacted me spoke very poor english with a thick foreign accent that it was near impossble to understand them. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager told me that he had no contact information regarding the outstanding amount due he was collecting on. He also stated that he would not be trying to collect on a bill that I didn't actually owe. I explained to him that mistakes happen and I wanted further information before I just paid the bill.
Cons: Very hard to understand due to the foreign accent of employees. Poor communication skills.
