Service was great as expected. I've had a better steak at Ruths Chris so I wasn't ecstatic about it. Will try again with a friend but not planning to come back for the filets. No substitutions?! You're outta your mind. more

Abe & Louie's has among the best steaks in Boca. The place is elegant and posh. But that is not why my 15 year old daughter chose this restaurant over all the other great Boca Raton restaurants. I've made this restaurant the only one I come to for "Special Occasions" and it hasn't disappointed me yet. \r The servers are very professional especially my favorite waiter Vincent. He knows when to come to the table and when to give us privacy. The food is absolutely wonderful especially the decendent desserts. more

Love this place! Went on a first date here and the atmosphere and food is well worth the price! Best lobster Mac and cheese I've ever had.... Servers won't come to your table doing an Irish jig with suspenders and "flair" but if u expect that out of a high end steakhouse you should probably just stick with outback or Fridays. Delicious! Would highly recommend more

I thought the food was OK, service OK, Just can't really justify the prices. Veal chop was a bit small and fatty. Other steaks were good, just not worth the $$$$$. more

Great service with steakhouse atmosphere, food and wine almost as good as NYC steakhouses. more

Not impressed. We went there and the service was lousy-particuarly for a place so expensive. When I say expensive I mean prepare for at least $100 for two, and at these prices one would expect five star service. I honestly got better service at Outback for a third of the price. The waitress was kind of ditzy, never checked on our meals, and I sat twenty minutes with no water. \r The steaks start at $40 per steak, and that is ala carte, sides are about another ten dollars each. While the steak was good, I could've gone to Ruth's Chris and had a steak for less, had a better salad, bigger portions, a more refined atmospher and most importantly good service for the super, expensive meal!\r I would only recommend this place to someone who likes to spend a lot of money and receive lousy service in return, for everyone else this is one good meal to skip! more

Chronically overpriced and uninspired steak and seafood served by an unenthused waitstaff. Save your money and go to LongHorn. more

This place was fantastic. The service was great, the food was great, the crowd was awesome, a perfect place for an upscale business dinner. \r \r Started with the crabmeat cocktail ($16) like a shrimp cocktail only with fresh crabmeat. Yummy! Dining companion had the french onion soup ($8) and loved it. \r \r Dinner for me was the nights special of beef wellington ($40) and for him was the Sirloin au poivre ($40). We also ordered a side of the mac-n-cheese 9$9) and the no cream creamed spinach ($8).\r \r Everything was so good. Super tender steaks, mac & Cheese was to die for, spinach nothing fancy but good. \r \r Also had a bottle of Chianti Rufina, Riserva, Montesodi by Frescobaldi, Tuscany ($80) on the suggestion of my dining guest. \r \r Wow, what an evening. There was nothing you could find wrong with this place. Sure, it was pricey. ($200 =tax & tip)My expense account maybe covered 1/3 of it but oh well. I will definitely have to bring the hubby here when back in town! more

Name a place that you can go to that has excellent food, phenomenal service and great ambiance? You can count them on 1 hand. Abe and Louie's is definitely one of them! They have beautiful hostesses, a great wait staff and management. I had the 40 oz. Porter House for 2, it melted on the knife thats how tender it was. Drinks were great, they have some celebrities such as Don king and Joe Girardi who pop in from time to time. And you get a free car show everytime you gothere, the parking lot is loaded with Ferrari's, Bentley's and Rolls Royces. Not bad folks. Big Brian was my waiter, request him, he is hard to get because he is always requested but there is a reason for it. Would only dine there if he was my waiter. A classy place for any occasion! more

I love this restaurant and the staff, unlike other steakhouses in Boca, is very accomodating and friendly. Great filet migon and awesome beef steak tomato salad. For dessert the best is the Belgium Chocolate Sundae! Been going to the one in Boca since it opened. Originally from Boston and go there when I am able to get home for a vist. Both are great! more

We went for an early dinner before a concert and the food was even more amazing than at lunch. First let me start with the service - our server Lisa was amazing. She was very helpful on the portion sizes and she made some wonderful suggestions about entrees and sides. We enjoyed the Shellfish Tower, as well as a King Crab appetizer. For dinner most of our group had a Filet Mignon (bone-in) this was a suggestion of our server and it was the best tasting steak I have had. For dessert we had the Colossal Chocolate Cake - WOW is all I can say. more

We enjoyed the Abe and Louie's for the first time last week. The service was incredible. I ordered a salad and the portion size was very large but it was expensive for lunch. more
