The guys were fast, efficient and professional. I'm extremely happy with the result! \r I have a four year old, two little chihuahuas and I am 8 months pregnant. My main concern with having my carpet/uphostery clean was the heavy chemical/odor most cleaning companies use/leave behind. In the past, I've used the big name companies and were disappointed with the results. Having a four year old and two dogs, there were heavy stains on my couch and carpet. ABCO was able to address my concerns. They used an organic cleaning material that did not leave an odor. In addition, they were able to remove the heavy stains, which meant I did not have to replace the carpeting. It took awhile to find the right carpet cleaning company but I'm glad I finally did. Life is Messy! My 3 and 5 year old niece and nephew had come over for a weekend and had tracked mud in the house and spilled food and their drink on my floor, we have also recently taken in a new dog who was marking his territory on my ottoman, and we got a mattress from a friend that we wanted sanitized (plus it smelled like a dog had been on it). We were hosting a get together for our friends the following weekend and wanted our house looking fresh and clean. We had heard about ABCO carpet cleaner and liked that they were local, fair priced, promised quality ... and the best part was that my husband and I wouldnt have to waste a day cleaning! They arrived on time, reviewed what we needed with my husband, and went to work. I came home and was amazed at what I saw. The carpet was clean, the ottoman and mattress didn't smell, and it gave me peace of mind that my house was clean! We had the get together the next weekend and everyone was impressed with the house and how clean everything was. We will definitely use ABCO Carpet Cleaning in the future! I called them, they came late I had to call and find out...i paid up front gave them a tip of 23 dollars and had them do 2 rooms 1 living room and i hall not a big house 1400 square feet....carpets not bad at all....they did the job in like 40 minutes i guess they were fast, i walk into the living room and find my front door open...okay i have a disabled child and she could walk out and not know where she lived, due to her brain surgery last year and removal of right side of her brain.....then the carpet was still soaked, i called and complained and he wanted to come back...i am not the type to ever ever ever ask for my money back or anything in return, they did want to come back and i said no, maybe i would have you guys come back in the future if they did it right the first time, i would totally be repeat business, then they never vacuumed, so i took my home hover machine and sucked a half a gallon of very dirty water from the living room alone leaving it mildly wet.....i just want to complain because yes they lost my repeat business but maybe they need to review what they promise on there website and i will contact the bb bureau i do not want my money back,,,carma is a you know what i highly believe in that so they will get theres and i will start a new blog and let everyone know about there shotty work i took pictures... They spent time and explained in detail what needed to be done to my carpet. I would highly recommend their service. I did not realize this high end type of carpet cleaning service was still available in this day in age. Two thumbs way up! Also, they cleaned my mother?s carpet who is on a fixed budget and worked with her on the price. They are great guys with integrity and honesty. Now, they are not the cheapest carpet cleaning in Fort Worth, but anything that?s of high quality usually isn?t.
