Great job. 12/7/2016

This was our first time using Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. I had heard about them through my rotary club. A couple of people at the club had their floors done by Abbey. Lori, from Abbey Carpet, recommended that we choose a carpet with stainmaster because we have pets, plus, the room downstairs where we put the carpeting was our family room where we hang out and also the only carpeted room in the house, so it will see a lot of traffic. The installers took out the old carpet, replaced the pad and installed the new carpet. We are so very happy with it. The carpet is really beautiful and it still looks new, after months and months of wear. They have very fair pricing. We would highly recommend this company to everybody. We would also use their services again. more

I bought some ceramic tile from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. The sales person was very helpful to me while choosing the right one. They even made sure my contractor picked it up. Their pricing was very comparable with other companies. I had a good experience and I would recommend them. more

Great work, floor looks excellent! 11/3/2016

I am quite pleased with how the work from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors went. We had them come out a couple years back to do an install of some flooring and everything went well. In the two years since the work was done we have not had any issues with the flooring they installed. I would definitely use them again if I find myself in need of more flooring work done, and I highly recommend their services! more

Very Knowledgeable Salespeople, Installers Did An Excellent Job 9/29/2016

I had a great experience working with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors, they helped us put a walk-in shower into our tile bathroom. I would definitely use them again, they were very helpful. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions. The installers did an excellent job, they had some good ideas and were able to make some excellent suggestions to improve the design, I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors did laminate flooring throughout our house, including the stairs. They were professional, timely and completely spot on in terms of the time that it took them to get things done. It was great to deal with them, they actually came to the house and spent time with us and gave us an opinion by looking at the samples that we had. They were great to work with! more

Excellent service, highly recommend 9/1/2016

I had a good experience using Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors, the workers were very prompt and got to work right away. We had them do some floor work at our home and the work went very well, we haven't had any problems with the areas they worked on since the work was done. Overall I had a great experience with Abbey Capitol Floors, the price point was reasonable for what we needed and the work was top notch, I would definitely use them again and gladly would recommend them to anyone I know looking for similar services. more

Good people, product was a little lacking 8/2/2016

As far as the people who I interacted with from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors goes, they were excellent. From start to finish they did an outstanding job. The people who sold me had integrity and they made great suggestions based on what I said I wanted. The installers were great and they did an excellent job putting in my floor. My only complaint is about the product itself. The product scratches really easily and once you scratch it you have to replace the boards which is no easy process. Other than that though I am very happy with everything and would definitely come back here again in the future. more

Very professional and enjoyable 7/18/2016

We remodeled our entire house and bought flooring, tile and counter tops from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors and they installed everything for us. The installation went well and our home looks amazing. We've used them in the past and were happy with the quality of their work and customer service, so we hired them again. I love that they're straight forward, honest and never push you to buy anything you don't need or want. They're always very accommodating and if things aren't right, they'll make them right. I've recommended Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors to several people and Dave and Lori are wonderful people to do business with. more

Good work, very friendly, a bit pricey. 6/27/2016

I had a good experience with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. They did the flooring in two rooms, one was vinyl flooring in a large area and the other was tile in the bathroom. The bathroom one was done okay, it was fine and the other work was done great. I thought the price was a bit high from when I walked in initially, the price was much lower when they gave me a rough estimate. I mean, much lower. But I decided to go with them anyway because I was tired of looking around and they were very nice. I will probably price around next time just to make sure I don't have a $6000 bill, but maybe I would use them again. more

Pretty good 5/31/2016

I purchased about 400 square feet from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. I think the installation went okay. They could potentially improve with the installation group they used. I had a couple of comments about them smoking cigarettes in front of the house and they didn't offer to leave the remaining carpet roll. Fortunately, my mother-in-law thought to ask for it and they gave it to her. At this point I'm happy with the quality of my carpet and the work they did. more

Happy to do business with them! 5/11/2016

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors assisted me in selecting a new carpet for the living room and then they took out the old one and put the new one in. I am a first-time customer and I would use them again if I needed carpet or flooring. In fact, I am planning to go back to them to redo the carpets in the rest of the house. The installer was great and the salespeople in the store were very knowledgeable and they really helped me out. Laurie, the owner, was very professional and I appreciated that. more

Wonderful experience! 4/14/2016

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors pout in new rugs, redid the carpets, put in part of a wood floor, and redid the wood floor. Their customer service was great; I would rate it very highly. The salesperson we spoke to worked really well with us. We were going to be gone for a while, so he arranged to have everything done while we were gone. They were flexible and able to accommodate our schedule. When we came back everything looked great! Their prices seemed fine; competitive. I would recommend anyone to go to Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. They have a great selection and helpful people. more

Excellent experience! 3/25/2016

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors installed carpeting for us and the project is actually not yet completed. We are asking them to hold off on one part because we are not quite ready yet, and they are being very accommodating. The carpets they supplied are good quality and the installation has been done very well so far. We are happy with them. Their prices are a little higher, and yet, we did some internet research and the customer satisfaction was high enough that we decided to use them anyway. When we went in the store to pick out the carpets, they greeted us right when we came in and helped us find what we were looking for. Dave is the guy who has been working with us and he is great. He has a pretty apparent knowledge base. Our experience was excellent and we would use them again! more

I used Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors for the first time for a pretty big job. The installers were great. The cleaned up after themselves and did just a great job. Dave, the guy who came out and measured, was awesome. He was absolutely spot-on. The salesman was great too. more

A very positive experience 2/25/2016

We purchased property in Olympia while we were living in Ohio and our purchases from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors happened over the phone and online. We hired them to install the carpets before we moved into the new house and when we arrived, the carpets were in and looked beautiful. They did the whole house except for the kitchen and we were happy with how responsive and reliable they were. I would recommend them because of how easy it was to purchase from them and they completed the job within the time frame they gave us. They got back to us quickly with any questions that we had and were professional and provided excellent customer service. more

Amazing. Can't say enough good things about this company. 2/5/2016

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors installed two products in my house. We had a laminate (wood lookalike) laminate floor that they installed and we had some carpet installed in part of our home. The laminate part of the job was particularly difficult because of the ground and the installers were just amazing. They fixed everything and they came back when we reached out because we had some questions about an issue that wasn't their fault at all. Pretty much the floor moved a little bit but I just can't tell you enough about the people that work for Abbey Capitol, they are just amazing and they went above and beyond for us. I also think that with Laurie's help, the color choices that we made for the carpet was perfect for our home. more
