We ordered Hunter Douglas blinds and while the product is excellent, the customer service seemed to be lacking. Kerry did not call us when they came in. We had to call her and then she wanted to know if we wanted to go to the warehouse to pick them up. When we arrived to pick them up, she did not recognize me or thank us. She could have even said something nice to our granddaughter, just a few basics that matter.
