Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors

We used Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors for our entire house. They did hardwood, tile, and carpet throughout the house. Lori specifically was extremely helpful with my wife, Julie, in selecting the materials and colors. It all goes with the house really well. In general, we felt very comfortable with using them to come in and do all the work. We are very happy with the contractors they selected and the work they did in our home. They were all very friendly, showed up on time each day they came out, and worked very long hours to get the job done in a reasonable period of time. They were very accommodating as far as getting things moved around and making space to do their work. They quoted the job and came and did the job exactly as they said they would. The installers were great and friendly. We are extremely happy with the end result. more

The selection they have is also significant, which helps a lot. When I need ideas, thoughts, or different perspectives, Dave has been able to help in that regard. more

My wife had her dad's house done by Abbey Capitol Floors. They did a nice job so we had them do our house twice. We were very pleased. The salesman was very nice. There was one little problem with the installation but the installer came back to fix it. It was great. more

The thing I like about Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors is that they are very customer oriented. They are right there in case we have a question or if there is some detail that they have to finish if it got overlooked. They provide really good service. They give good advice on what carpet and vinyl to choose. We also put in countertops. The guys who installed the countertops, carpet, and vinyl were the best I've ever seen. They seem to be experts in their work. They do a decent job on pricing too. They work with you and even offer financing if you need it. We had Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors here on 4 different occasions and worked with them over a couple of years. It was not just a one time service. We built up a rapport from working with them 4 different times. They were always good over a long period of time. You feel like you are friends when it gets done. more
