Had our bathroom toilet clog on a Sunday. Would have normally called our regular plumber but he does not work Sundays. ARS sent Andon. Quick neat and just a nice guy. Got us working again in no time. Would call ARS again because he was so nice. Reasonable rate too. more

We had a leak at 10:30pm and our house was starting to flood in a few areas. Although it took 3 hours for the technician to arrive, once Andon K arrived he was able to locate the leak and patch it up relatively quick. He was very professional and helpful and great in explaining what had happened and walk us through all the options. Thanks Andon! more

Nathan Gray is very patient and very nice guy. He is very professional and knowledgeable too. He took his time to explain me everything he was doing. After the work is done he took his time to explain everything one more time. I even learned from him on how furnace works. He gave me good tips. My family likes him a lot. We will love to have him back next year. more

I would recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter Colorado for any HVAC task. First the Sales Rep was very professional, informative and provided the information needed to make an informed decision as to the products being installed. He gave the discounts to us without us having to request them. Informed us of the need to have a Cold Air Return placed in the upstairs to allow the HVAC to be even more efficient. The work completed was done in a very thoughtful, timely and courteous manner. Instructions were given very clearly too. Great experience! more

In addition, he is a true company representative and takes personal ownership for his customer's satisfaction. He represents ARS with class. Plumbing Repair 8/15/2017

Andon Karmenarov replaced the leaky water pressure regulator and broken shut-off valve in reasonable time. Also, Andon gave a great referral to a company that specializes in removal of water damaged carpet and drywall. Thanks for the excellent customer service and work! more

Inexperienced Technician and a botched service call 8/10/2017

Timeline for my experience with an ARS routine maintenance service call for ductless AC units. - Called ARS to schedule a routine annual maintenance check on the ductless AC units since we had a maintenance agreement with them. All units were currently running fine. - ARS calls the day of the scheduled appt and says they need to reschedule. - ARS calls the day of the rescheduled appt and says they don't have a qualified technician currently available to work on the ductless units and will call back with a status. - ARS calls back and says a technician is on the way. - Technician arrives and asks to see the thermostat. I remind him that these are ductless units and are not controlled through the thermostat to which I receive a slightly surprised look. - During the maintenance check, the ARS technician sticks his temperature gauge into the head of one of the units and shatters the fan blade inside. Shortly thereafter he calls it a day to get a replacement fan blade. - 2 days later the ARS technician arrives to replace the broken fan blade and complete the routine maintenance inspection and informs us that two of the units are low on refrigerant. We discuss that they are closed systems that should never need refrigerant but I agree to have him add the refrigerant trusting his knowledge. - After the technician leaves we discover that we are no longer getting cold air out of the units where refrigerant was added. We also discover that the unit head is not properly seated on the wall support where the fan blade was replaced by the ARS technician. - Having lost faith in ARS, I called Save Home Heat to come look at the units for a second opinion since we had previously used them. - The SHH technician finds that 2 of the systems were overcharged with refrigerant by the ARS technician. One had a PSI rating of over 230 when it should be 130 PSI. The other had a PSI rating of over 90 and should be at 70 PSI. If this was not corrected it could have caused permanent damage to the units. more

Nathan Gray solved our problem on a Saturday night 8/6/2017

Nathan came out on a Saturday evening to solve the water issue we were having from a leaking unit. Nathan was by far the most educated and most helpful service tech we have ever had come out to show us all the things we could be doing to make sure our unit keeps running properly. We will be calling him again and I have given his name to all my neighbors. more

Sewer drain cleaning 1/13/2017

Our serviceman Alex was very friendly, courteous and efficient. We had to use the toilet downstairs to get to the sewer line, the stairs and down stairs is carpeted. He ran protective coverings before bringing the machine down. He tested how the drain ran and cleaned up after himself. I will not use any other company after having used ARS ROOTER. ARS also replaced our furnace and water heater two years ago and we have been very satisfied with them. All their service people that have come to our house are very professional and experienced.
