Nathan Gray is very patient and very nice guy. He is very professional and knowledgeable too. He took his time to explain me everything he was doing. After the work is done he took his time to explain everything one more time. I even learned from him on how furnace works. He gave me good tips. My family likes him a lot. We will love to have him back next year.
