This company is horrible. First of all I got a truck financed through them with my ex husband (we were married at the time) and while going through my divorce I called to let them know the situation and that he had taken the truck and would be paying for it. Well when I would call to get information about the truck to put in my divorce they were rude and very unhelpful. But as soon as my ex became delinquent on the payments they began to call and be nice get answers from me. All the while I am the primary on the loan, statements come under my name ONLY and they send them to his address knowing I don't live there and refuse to change the address. Every person I have talked to has been rude unless they needed me to locate my ex. So it has been months since I have received a statement from them and all of a sudden when I called they could no longer look up my account with my SSN they needed my name. Fishy much? I hate this company.
