The staff at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring is wonderful, nice, and helpful. The actual job was not good because my carpet was left wet, and it took two days to dry. This is unusual...

Exceptional and professional service. 9/26/2012

We were emptying my parents home and had to sell the house because they were moving into a retirement home. We needed to have the carpets cleaned, and they were looking pretty rough. They were in pretty bad shape when we contacted AJ Rose, and I expected them to say that we would have to wait like four weeks before they could come in. A couple days later, they had a cancellation, so they were able to send someone out. The guy was great, professional, and friendly. They said he would arrive between 10 and 12, and he was there at 10. I thought everything of the work he did. I am not exaggerating, the carpet looks new. My entire family was shocked and thrilled with the job. It's just superb. He was a nice, friendly guy, who I would highly recommend. I live an hour and a half away from Natick, and I even asked if he'd be willing to travel. It was a very good experience. He's great. more

We used AJ Rose for some steam cleaning and to put in a new carpet. They were pretty responsive to our requests. They got us a schedule right away, and the crew was helpful and efficient. more

Installation was fine, but the installers didn't get along. 8/22/2012

The men who installed my carpet were not getting along. I asked them at the end what was wrong, and they seemed angry with one another. The work turned out fine, and the salesmen were fine, but I was concerned about the installers not getting along with each other. They didn't seem happy. more

They, first of all, were very good about following through. They followed through with our appointments and measured promptly and quickly, since I was in a hurry to get the job done. They were very responsive, and they showed up on time, when scheduled, for the appointments. They were courteous, very nice people. We had a good installation, and it's all good quality carpet. more

I'd recommend AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring and I'll use them again! They did a fabulous job. They arrived on time, which is very important, and the two gentleman seemed to know exactly what they were sent here to do. I had to leave the house, and I was very comfortable with doing that even though I live alone. I bought them lunch because I thought they deserved it. I gave them a tip, too! The quality of the work is EXCELLENT. They were very courteous and cleaned up everything. I would wholeheartedly recommend them! I'm being very honest too--I've had other jobs around the house where I've said the exact opposite of this! more

I thought the installer was just amazing. He was a perfectionist. He didn't just rush through the job; he wanted it done absolutely like if it was being done in his own home. That's what I'm looking for: someone to respect my home as if it was their own. I felt that we got that with AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. more

I think that AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring just made it easy for us. I was able to take the samples home that I wanted, and they picked them back up when they came to measure. The job was done right as it was supposed to, and everything came out fine. more

They were very neat and we really enjoyed the way the carpeting came out. The people in the showroom were very friendly and helpful as well. They have a pretty good operation with a good product selection. more

I would go out of my way to recommend AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. I came upon their coupon for a carpet cleaning. I had a carpet that I almost replaced, but I thought it might be worth it to have them come. One of my nephews had left chocolate stains on it that I thought would never come out. AJ Rose came out on time and confirmed beforehand. They were neat and presentable, and I was comfortable with them in my home. The workers were quick and polite, and the carpet looked cleaner than it was when I moved in. I just couldn't have possibly asked for more. I would call them, with or without coupons, in the future. For anyone who needs carpet service done, the quality of their personnel and speed of their service is great. I don't know what anyone else could possibly want. I hate to pay money for things, but there's no better value than AJ Rose. more

We've installed multiple carpets in our house, and he's always easy to work with, responsive, and he knows my style. The people they send for the installations are always very professional, and that's why I keep having them back. more

Wall to Wall above and beyond cleaning 3/7/2012

Mark and Steve were excellent! Mark called ahead to ask if he could arrive early which to me was perfect and the fact that he called was above and beyond. Mark not only did the job I asked and did extra work as well. From the moment they arrived until they left they were courteous, friendly, careful in preparation and mindful of the carpets before and after their cleaning. I am having AJ Rose come back after I finish a renovation another part of the house. I have previously used other companies to have my rugs cleaned, but from now on its AJ Rose. more
