Mark and Steve were excellent! Mark called ahead to ask if he could arrive early which to me was perfect and the fact that he called was above and beyond. Mark not only did the job I asked and did extra work as well. From the moment they arrived until they left they were courteous, friendly, careful in preparation and mindful of the carpets before and after their cleaning. I am having AJ Rose come back after I finish a renovation another part of the house. I have previously used other companies to have my rugs cleaned, but from now on its AJ Rose.
