They, first of all, were very good about following through. They followed through with our appointments and measured promptly and quickly, since I was in a hurry to get the job done. They were very responsive, and they showed up on time, when scheduled, for the appointments. They were courteous, very nice people. We had a good installation, and it's all good quality carpet.
