ABC Pediatrics

I was excited about after the reviews I read; however, I was incredibly disappointed. The office staff is very diffcult to deal with over the phone and in person. I was treated like I was an inconvience rather than a patient. I was promised on several occasions that my daughter's records were faxed to another office, but the other office never recieved her records. I think the doctor's mean well; however, I felt like I was being rushed in and out of the office. I did not feel comfortable enough to ask questions and discuss the best course of care for my child. I would go somewhere else. I currently see Dr. James E. Cain at Family Rural Health and I am AMAZED with their warmth, customer service, understanding, care, and concern for my daughter and myself. They have offices in both Copperas Cove and Killeen. more

The front desk staff here refuses to return phone calls like they say they will and all they want to do is insist you make an appointment even when one shouldnt be necessary- such as when you are asking for a refill. Its a shame since the doctors and nurses here are wonderful. more

I was very impressed with this office. They have a well waiting room and a sick waiting room. The office is very clean. THey have a changing room, for those who need it. The office is decorated in an ocean them with live fish to keep your child happy if you have to wait, i have never has to wait over 5 minutes if that much. The staff is very nice, the doctors are very patient with the children and will stay and talk to you as much as needed. I would highly recommend it and they take most insurances more

My son sees a doctor at this clinc. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my sons needs. The doctor addressed my 6 year old instead of talking to us which is great because he knows how he feels. The wait time was under 20 minutes for my first visit. Wonderful experience more
