I was excited about after the reviews I read; however, I was incredibly disappointed. The office staff is very diffcult to deal with over the phone and in person. I was treated like I was an inconvience rather than a patient. I was promised on several occasions that my daughter's records were faxed to another office, but the other office never recieved her records.
I think the doctor's mean well; however, I felt like I was being rushed in and out of the office. I did not feel comfortable enough to ask questions and discuss the best course of care for my child.
I would go somewhere else. I currently see Dr. James E. Cain at Family Rural Health and I am AMAZED with their warmth, customer service, understanding, care, and concern for my daughter and myself. They have offices in both Copperas Cove and Killeen.
