I am writing to let you know about an experience I had with one of your drivers today. Me and my son had ran out of gas on I-35, and we were in a bit of a pickle. You see for most families it would be a simple half mile walk to a gas station. But for us it is a little different. I have a handicapped son, and he has a hard time walking long distances. So I am sure you can imagine trying to walk a half mile with a upset child in a wheelchair on the freeway! Not fun! I kept hoping someone would stop, but after an hour of waiting I started getting my son ready for the journey. Then a ABC anteater truck pulled up, and a young little girl got out, and asked us if we needed help. She went on to explain that she couldnt put us in her truck, for fear of getting in trouble, and I dont think we could have fit! I am so ashamed to say that I cannot remember her name....I believe it was melinda...or another M name. I went on to tell her about the gas, so she offered to go for us and fill up a gas can. I went to the trunk, and gosh I had no gas can!! To make matters even worse I went for my purse to give her money and I had left it at home in a hurry not to be late. I am embarrassed to say that I started crying, I was just so frustrated. She just smiled, hugged me and told me not to worry, and said she would be back. A few minutes later she came back with a full gas can, drinks, and some candy for my son! She refused to give me her address so I could send her money to pay her back. So I wanted to make sure that ABC knows what kind of person they have working for them. I dont have pest control, but I can honestly say if I ever need any I know who I will be calling, and I know who I will ask for!! Please pass this along to your employee, and let her know how much of a blessing she was to me and my son today! more

Jorge Zamirippa was so fast and efficient that when we saw the auction for an 8-hour handyman service at Jr. Helping Hand, we knew we wanted him back. We want him for two full days more

I have nothing but accolades for your department. From Tina & Kimberly in the office to Mike Hansen, Gary Smith, Glenn Carson, and Steve True who did the work at my home and my daughter's home -- They all worked as a team. Everyone was extremely professional, and even with the difficulties that occurred on both jobs, they were diligent in taking care of the issues and, most importantly, taking care of the customer. As a senior citizen who has been around for quite a while, it is rare that you find a company so willing to go the extra mile and take care of the customer in such a professional manner. When my AC went out, I struggled with who I should call. Since I've always had good service from ABC, I thought I'd give the HVAC department a shot. Robin Saunders and Wes Cates were the nicest guys and worked very hard, even though it was so hot. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that Lennox upgraded my system when they didn't have my equipment in stock. Thanks ABC more

We just wanted you all to know how impressed we were with Keith Wimbish. He came to check our sprinkler system on the 31st and did an awesome job. He not only corrected the problems but gave us information which will save us time, money, and water. Plus his recommendation on our future landscaping was so helpful. more

I am writing to let you know how very much I appreciate my weekly lawn care. Not only do they do a beautiful job of mowing and edging (my homeowner's association once sent me a letter complimenting my yard), but they also do many little extras that make my yard the envy of my neighbors. They even do little things that go beyond what my contract specifies. Today, for example, one of the team carried a bag of dirt from my garage to the front of my house and spread it around a bald spot on my lawn. I can't lift those bags, so I always have to get a friend or neighbor to carry them from my car to where they are needed more

This note is to thank you for the help of Jerry Smarr, who replaced and restored tile work in both of my bathrooms last month. Jerry told me excactly what was needed -- time frame and cost -- and his work was exceptionally well done. I will be calling your company again when it's time to re-paint the inside of my house more

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate my lawn crew. My main guy, Eugenio, was out for a while with a broken leg, and I can't tell you how much he and his crew were missed.
