I have nothing but accolades for your department. From Tina & Kimberly in the office to Mike Hansen, Gary Smith, Glenn Carson, and Steve True who did the work at my home and my daughter's home -- They all worked as a team. Everyone was extremely professional, and even with the difficulties that occurred on both jobs, they were diligent in taking care of the issues and, most importantly, taking care of the customer. As a senior citizen who has been around for quite a while, it is rare that you find a company so willing to go the extra mile and take care of the customer in such a professional manner.
