I cannot tell you how highly I would recommend his services. The amount of times our basement used to get flooded and Eddie has bailed us out, is immeasurable. Ladies and Gentlemen! It is not often that one discovers a service which goes far beyond one's expectations. When we experienced a flood in the basement recently, the carpet was stained badly. We called A & B Carpet Care for help. The men who came out visited us twice and on time, their work was done with such expertise that there is no hint of any of the original stains. The carpet was reinstalled and pinned down very well. We are delighted with their work. It looks as good as new. Last time we had our house cleaned in 2 days most of the dirty spots came back, I think it actually got dirtier. Luckily my neighbor recommended A & B Carpet Care to us. She insisted to give them a try and said that did amazing job doing their house back in September. Being the skeptic that I am, I still looked around online for different quotes before checking out A & B Carpet. When I finally checked them out what impressed me right away was the amount of positive reviews about them all over the internet, like YP online, citysearch, google and yahoo locals and so on. So we called them and immediately felt confident because their customer service rep was very knowledgeable courteous and proffesional, answering my concerns and offering to arrive the same day if necessarily for a free quote and even a free demo. I agreed they arrived in 2 hours exactly like we agreed confirmed the price ( very reasonable) and proceeded to clean so good that I couldn't believe it. In less then 2 hours entire 3 bedroom house was done and honsetly it was almost dry even as the cleaners were leaving. A young man named Eddie shows up at my door, clean-cut and professional, with a degree in communications. He measured my home and gave me a quote. I thought to myself, Ok, this is a mid-range price. But I was totally Ok with the price because of the detail and attention that he gave to the task at hand. He sprayed my entire carpet with a pretreatment solution that he explained to me was environmentally friendly and completely non-toxic. I felt good after he told me that because not only did I feel that I was contributing to saving the world by using their services, I also knew that Eddie was not being harmed by being exposed to the solution all day long, every day. The equipment Eddie used was powerful, compact, and portable. I noticed the emblem and name on the side of the machine: Ninja. Curiously, the name inspired in me a sense of confidence. The machine is a steam cleaner that deep cleans and leaves the carpet fresh and looking like new. The whole process took about one and a half hours for my two bedroom, living and dining room apartment. I asked Eddie not to do one of the bedrooms because my son was still sleep. After the carpet was cleaned, then it was time to get down to the business of payment. Eddie mentioned to me that I should not place the furniture back in its place until after about four hours. This gives the carpet time to dry. I have lived in New York City for over 20 years and I have used many carpet cleaning services; and A & B Carpet Cleaners surpasses them all by far. Their professionalism and attention to detail, along with the prompt and courteous service, all inspire me to recommend their services to all of my neighbors. I bought carpeting here for 3 rooms after checking around at several other places. The owner came the same day to measure and look at the rooms. I ordered special carpet for 2 of the rooms and bought a large rement for the 3. The special order came in within a week so it was very fast, and they let me know as soon as the truck arrived and scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Before I decided which carpet to get they let me take the large size samples home, several times, to look at within the room and the contents at no additional charge and no deposit required. They were very friendly and accomadating. When deciding on the rement, they took me through the rolls that were on the huge racks. The owner gave me an estimate knowing which brands I was looking for before I decided and the estimate was right on target once my decision was final. There was no high pressure sales tactics used, of course they did not have to pressure me because the price was 1/2 of the price I had received from the national carpet company that always has TV commercials, and does use high pressure sales tatics, even for a deposit. When the carpet was laid, the carpet layers are the same ones that home depot contracts to lay carpet and they were very professional. They moved the larger furniture right in the room, working around it instead of moving it into a different room. They were right on time for the appointment, and did a great job around the fireplace hearth. They were friendly, and were even singing while they worked. If you are in the market for new carpeting when you are checking around I highly recommend A & B Carpet . You will save money. I know I will use them again on the next 2 rooms I need to get done. more

I have had them in several times to clean my carpets. They did a great job and were able to get out a spot from my dog that I thought would be there for life. I looked in the yellow pages for a carpet cleaner and saw about 20 different ads for carpet cleaners. i was confused about who to call so i called some and got estimates for my sectional couch, chair and ottoman to be cleaned.\r They all wanted to charge me in the range of $1000.00 to clean these items.\r When I called a&b carpet they gave me less than a half of the price everyone else was charging me so I went with them.\r They cleaned all of the items, this took about 2 hours or so.\r I paid them and they went on their way.\r About a week later a representative called me and asked how the service was, I said it was very good, she said that the next time I get any service with them they would clean my chair and ottoman again for no charge.\r I was so surprised of this.\r I just called them to have my rug cleaned and sure enough they cleaned my chair and ottoman and did not charge me.\r This I have to say is the best customer service I have seen yet.\r So thanks a&b carpet, you have my business.\r \r Mrs. Sanchez Pros: good price, nice staff more

Over the past few days I called several carpet cleaning companies to clean my bedroom and living room carpet, everyone that came over wanted to charge almost as much as I paid for 1 room of new carpet and would not guarantee anything.\r I then called A&B Carpet & Rug Cleaning, Miki came over to give me an estimate, to my surprise the price was much, much lower than anyone elses and he told me what he guaranteed and what he didnt.\r Anyway he cleaned my carpets and got almost all of stains but 1 which I knew would never come out.\r The carpets look great thanks to Miki and A&B Carpet & Rug Cleaning.\r Thanks Pros: good prices Cons: were there about 20 minutes too early more
