AAA Taurus Construction, LLC

\r \r \r \r We hired AAA Taurus Construction to remodel our home with the intent of moving our handicapped son into it. The VA had led us to this company, we had to use the VA because our son was retired from the military with a disability. (Wheelchair confined)\r We had already chosen our architect and was ready for AAA. First, they ignored our architect and they brought in there own architect.\r The plans were changed and from then on the remodel went down hill. We would stop by to see how the constrution was progressing and eventually they, Mr Ordean, did not want us there to see the changes to our original plans that he had agreed too. Infact, one day I went by and the key I was always using no longer worked. I mentiomed this to him and his reply was he had the locks changed to protect his tools. Ok, but why weren't we given a key? etc,etc etc, etc...\r We were not satified with the remodel and let the BBB know about this, that became a he said she said battle. The results of which are never posted.\r AAA Taurus Construction had aggreed to a construction cost and in the end we had to pay more for the total contract, reason ""we made the changes thus resulting in the increase"".\r The original plans , which they agreed too, were what we wanted and they changed them, thus the request for them to be chaged back to what we wanted originally we had to pay for. We also had to pay for their architect even though we had our own, whom they ignored.\r After construction we took them to court, nothing changed, we paid them for the changes.\r The infighting at the BBB was never released, and their rating remains AAA+.\r The recent rains that we had caused flooding in our master bedroom from the roof,\r that was a concern of ours about how the roof was redone over the extention. They said it would be ok, yet because of standing water on the roof, we had flooding.\r We called them to get the name of the roofing company they used to do our home and we're told that they were no longer in business. (Coincidence)\r I was trying to contact them about the roofing company and found that they are using pictures: Room Additions: Our family room, living room, Disabled Accessibility:Our disabled sons bathroom,our master bathroom, and the ramp in the back of our house. These were what we wanted, they changed them, and we had to pay them to change them back.\r We were not, are not, and will never be satisfied with what they, AAA Taurus Construction did to our home and do not recommend them.\r Charles and Madeline C.\r \r more

We used Ordean and AAA Taurus about a year ago. The subcontractors did a good job. But when we thought that there was a problem with the gutters it took two weeks to get them out to the house. more

I have great respect for the owner and all the workers. They treated me right and gave a fair price. Would use again. more

My windows were measured to fit exactly and the install was perfect. I expected it would take 1 week to get all the windows in but it only took 2 days. They worked long, hard days. We have had our windows now for 4 years and are glad we used Taurus Construction. more

I recommend AAA Taurus Construction, highly. Everyone loves my curbless shower and how it doesn't need a shower door. They are dependable, honest and their standards are high. more

We love our new bathroom. We paid extra for the StarMark cabinet and we are very pleased. We plan on having Taurus remodel our kitchen with StarMark. The workers are well-mannered and considerate. They were never late and always cleaned up their messes. more

Excellent company with intregrity as their advertising states!! Tile setter was a perfectionist and fast. Recommendations from Ordean were perfect-perfect color of paint, perfect tile selection, perfect match of cabinets. We had compared prices on the very same cabinets and found Ordean to be 40% less than 2 other places we got prices for. We love the faucets. Ordean cared about us getting exactly what we wanted and he used his expertise to help us reach our goal. We have used him for our kitchen, bathroom and windows. Would not use another contractor. more

We hired AAA Taurus Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Construction began in April and ended in October. We had to constantly contact them to fix poor workmanship, to repair careless damage that their workers did to other areas of our home, and to simply work on the bathroom. Taurus would randomly send people out to our home, we would never know who or when. They tracked paint all over our new hard wood floors. Ruined baseboards. Left trash everywhere. Ruined walls. Used poor quality materials that are now falling apart. We used Taurus because of Tom Martino's Referral List- little did I know that negative reviews aren't posted nor are complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Don't entrust your home to AAA Taurus Construction. more
