The A1 travel store has a wonderful customer service.when i had a week vacation i had confusion of where to go.when i went to the a1 travel store a lady staff sit with me and asked me my budget and days to travel and what type of places i like and what are my interests and suggested few places and then just like that i could choose my destination and immediately booked my travel through them.I love their service and wouldnt mind using it again and again. PROS: wonderful customer service CONS: none more

fast travel arrangements 10/25/2005

i like this store because they take into consideration where you want to go and how much you want to spend and then the tailor the travel arrangements to that. they get you into all the nice hotels and sights for a very good price and they have never caused any problems. excelelnt staff who take care of you very well. more

One of the best 9/10/2005

A1 travel store, what can i say about it? I'm totally in love of their service and professional , helpful approach towards me as a customer. I was looking for a nice, cheap and quality last minute offer and didn't have too much hope finding one so late. I really needed some time on my own so I could use a one week vacation. They had a lot of offers and I had a hard time choosing my final destination. The price was great, lower than I expected, and I got quite some little extras. I'm very grateful that they could give me a wonderful vacation in such a short period. The same day I signed my papers and paid, ready to go. Thanks! more
