These guys seemed really great at first, but I guess I was just being naive. Jamie would call me to give me updates on the work that was being done to my car, and I thought he was being very helpful. In the end, they did a bunch of work to run up a bill of $1000 just to figure out what the problem was. By that time, it wasn't worth paying that amount to have nothing done, so I my best option was to tack on another $1800 so that I could have my car repaired. This is a similar story to other reviews that I have read, but this only scrapes the surface.
After trying to pick up my car several times, I was finally told that it was ready and I could pick it up an hour after closing. In hindsight, I should have been a little more suspicious, but I was ready to have my car back. When I arrived, my car was squeezed in between the wall of their office and another vehicle. This is an important detail because there were two workers inside at the time (an hour after closing), and as soon as I returned home I realized that my car was SEVERELY VANDALIZED. Large markings were CARVED INTO MY CAR in three locations - vandalism that could NOT be missed.
I tried calling Jamie several times - he either dodged my calls or did not return them (I left 3 messages over the course of 2 days). After demanding that I be connected to his supervisor, he told me that he spoke with him and that his supervisor, who was never present for any of the incident, decided that my car was vandalized on the day that I dropped it off, so it was technically not in their possession and they were not responsible. This is a lie because I saw my car on the day that I went to pay (2 days before it was finished) and it had not been vandalized. I was also told that some workers ""thought they remembered seeing some scratches on my car."" The artwork on my car was about 2 feet by 2 feet in two of the three locations - impossible to miss.
THESE GUYS ARE LIARS and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
