I brought my car to A Plus Transmission Specialists on Bellaire recently to have my transmission looked at and fixed and the customer service was truly exceptional. As a young lady I dread going into auto repair shops because of how I have been taken advantage of and ripped off in the past. Not at A Plus Transmission though, I was pleasantly suprised at how well I was treated and how informative and patient the manager, Marshall, was with me in explaining the issue with my car to where I fully understood what I was paying for (I admit my knowledge on cars is minimal). He also kept me posted on the progress of repairs to my car and kept me informed on cost of everything necessary to fix it so there was absolutely no suprise whatsoever when it came time to pay, which is quite refreshing. Repairs on your car are rarely ever cheap, especially dealing with transmission issues, but they are more willing to work with you than any other place I've been to and seem to be a company that holds its customer's satisfaction to the highest importance. They truly are specialists and I recommend them to anyone who needs their services, I wouldn't go to any other place myself!
