Wish I could give a negative rating.
Once again this is a bank with a credit union name.
Fee abuse abounds. They have charged me over and over for transactions that have not posted and seem to think that is just fine. Balance shows to be consistently positive. Deposits made well prior to debits posting to the account. Chose to lose my business over a ""privilege pay"" charge that they charged with a positive balance before the charge even got close to posting.
Customer service is horrible and for that matter ignorant. Unyielding and not interested in listening to their members complaints or helping at all would be a good statement.
As soon as I can get it taken care of I'm gone.
Trying to find a financial institution that is not a total ripp off is a major challenge it would seem.
