The quailty products and professionalism of the service representive was superb. Upon discovery of a problem with my garage,Durham garage door arrived at my home within hour after my call. Within 2 hours they had completed the full installation of a new garage door and all the hardware and weather required. To my amazement, they had a triple layer, steel, insulated garage door in stock. Great work and the quallity beats Home Depot or Lowes. more

They Were always super great, and helpful. They are always willing to respond to any issues. They probably lost money on all the gas they had to spend coming out here to fix that wire problem so many times. more

Fast, friendly, efficient, and fair. What more could you want! When my garage door spring broke last year, I called about a half dozen different companies all of which either couldn't get out for days or tried to up sell me on a whole new opener or door even before seeing ours. more

Maintenance Job 8/12/2011

So my garage spring broke. I called up on a Friday afternoon and Durham garage door offered to send a truck over that day. I could not take them up on that appointment because I had to work, but they did come out on Saturday. They called and asked if they might come early. They were on site for a little over an hour. They came in right on budget and even gave me some maintenance tips. I would recommend them to one and all more

My garage door broke on me, and I needed somebody fast. I google, and came across Durham garage door on Judysbook. Read all 5 star reviews, so I called, and he responded very quickly. He literally showed up at my door within 5 minutes, diagnosed and took care of the repairs within an hour. I couldn't be more satisfied. He didn't have all the parts necessary, so he called for backup, and 2 additional trucks showed up within 10 minutes. Awesome job. Most painless repair experience ever. Thanks. more

I had a drunk driver crash into my garage door I was so upset with this that I wanted someone to come see it right away. I read reviews that say how fast and great they are and I thought why not try them? The reviews were all true!! more

Fast, friendly, efficient, and fair. What more could you want! When my garage door spring broke last year, I called about a half dozen different companies all of which either couldn't get out for days or tried to upsell me on a whole new opener or door even before seeing ours. Thankfully I found Dean Dinelli who got out the same day, replaced the broken spring and lubbed up and aligned the door, and gave me some tips on how to keep it working great. more

Great Experience 8/1/2011

Had a great experience with the guys from Durham garage door. I called them on a Saturday and tech came out the next day with two of his sons. He arrived early (!), showed me exactly what the issue was, fixed it quickly, and didn't charge me too much. He was also extremely friendly and pleasant. I would absolutely use them again. more

Durham garage door 7/31/2011

My bed room is right above the garage, it was so noise every time someone open/close the garage. tech told me it was because of the opener (It is a new house, everything was choosen by the building developer) it was the cheapest opener they can get, so it was so loud. he help me change the garage opener and now I can hear anything. I sleep in peace every night. I recommend Durham garage door to my neightbour too, he knows what he is doing. I couldn't be more happier. more
