My bed room is right above the garage, it was so noise every time someone open/close the garage. tech told me it was because of the opener (It is a new house, everything was choosen by the building developer) it was the cheapest opener they can get, so it was so loud. he help me change the garage opener and now I can hear anything. I sleep in peace every night. I recommend Durham garage door to my neightbour too, he knows what he is doing. I couldn't be more happier.
