Actually this is the best camera store that I found in the web. The prices really were the lowest in comparison with other famous stores such are bestbuy, walmart, frys and etc. I recommended all my friends to buy from 42photo. more

Very Efficient Ordering and Delivery 8/22/2011

I bought a camera online from 42nd St Photo. The website was easy to use and gave complete information about price, shipping, taxes, etc. The verry next day I got a call from 42nd St Photo to go over the order and confirm. I chose 2- 3 day expedited shipping and the camera arrived the next day. My representative, Jonathan, has been extremely helpful with all my questions. I would certainly recommend 42nd St Photo and will shop theere again when I need another camera. more

Trouble-free internet purchase 8/16/2011

A google search found 42nd St Photo to be the cheapest source for a new Panasonic Lumix TS3, plus shipping was free. I found the website easy to use and the whole transaction took about 5 minutes. By the end of the day, I received a phone call from a salesperson at 42nd St, calling to confirm my order and offer accessories. My camera was shipped the next day and arrived five days later. Everything was new, sealed in the box, and worked perfectly. By all measures, it was a perfect trouble-free transaction! more

Online purchase for sony a55 dslr 8/15/2011

I purchased a sony a55 slr camera. The price was good and very fair, however the camera was missing the sony battery for the slr camera. I sent 2 emails and tried calling customer service several times and finally reached customer service via phone since they never responded to emails. CSR John stated was going to send me a replacement battery for the a55 camera, he did but the battery was generic brand, I was expecting the Sony brand battery. They later followed up and stated would send me a Sony brand battery and a uv filter for the troubles I had. The UV filter and Sony np-fw50 battery never came. I believe it was mis-delivered or lost, not sure. But I never got it so I'm not really too happy with the overall experience I have got with this order. I checked with my local post office to do a follow up on it and more than likely will not here nothing more on this. I am happy with the Sony A55 dslr camera but not too happy on the overall experience with 42nd Street Photo for the trouble of the missing battery and the service I got. more

Great price Online!! but Rude customer service 8/11/2011

\r I ordered Digital camera online,three days after ordering Mr.Jack from 42 photo called to verify my order First i thought my credit card problem??or deliverly procress? actually he wanted to sell memory card and battery and told me my digital camera doesn't come with both,but i know battery will on with camera.When i told him memory card i already ordered from somewhere else his tone changed and ask me where did i buy?? and offerred me a battery for $39 but i know it come in a box but he said ""NO"" I was worried that my order might be OLD cam.or refurbished ,i asked him Are u sure it is new? why is no battery? I told him i didn't want to order battery from him and he said; he's going to sell battery for $5 but now he changed his mind.So why did u offer me at first i replied.He was mad. OMG! i was worried about my camera that he was going to droped and make it broke before shipping. I wait until i 've got my camera and will share my experience with u guy. Thank you for 42 nd street photo that give me opportunity on this survey .Overall 42nd street photo is Great price online,just customer service that really need to improve. more

Great Business to give my money to! 8/5/2011

I had the Sony Cybershot TX5 and LOVED it, however someone stole it at my company :[ I waited a few months for it to turn up, and with no luck began shopping for a new one. I came across a GREAT price for it online at 42nd Street photo, read their reviews, and ordered immediately. A representative called the next day to confirm my order and shipping address, and offered any assistance with working and using the camera. The shipping said 7-10 days, however I received it in TWO days, just in time for my cruise. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again in the future....thanks 42nd Street for making my camera being stolen not seem so bad after replacing it! more

Their price was $ 70 lower than I could have purchased the identical product locally. I opted for the free shipping and to my surprise I received my camera promptly in 5 days. New Camera from 42nd Street 7/18/2011

I got the t3i camera from them online and it was when they were having a super sale. Their price was $100 dollars lower than everyone else on the internet. The salesman called and asked if I wanted any extras and I said would need sometime to search their website. He said okay and then shipped my camera. The salesman was really nice and they shipped my order really fast. I am very happy with the order and I will order more stuff from them in the future. more

Best shop for buying camera 7/18/2011

I recently purchased canon SX230 HS in online. When i placed order they called me and verified all the details back also suggested some of the accessories for the camera. That will be helpful if you are not sure what needs to buy. The price of the camera was the lowest available in online about $307 including shipping and that came to my place well packed. I am really happy with my purchase i would suggest my friend to buy. more

We got what we paid for... 7/18/2011

I purchased a Nikon Coolpix P500 from 42nd Street Photo and we are very happy with the camera.\r \r Before shippng the camera someone called me to let me know it was about to ship, which I appreciated the customer service. The gentleman who called me offered additional equipment, but it was obvious that he did not know much about prices and equipment because he indicated that an 8Gb memory card and extra battery were valued at over $200 and that they would give it to me for $79. I asked why an extra battery and he said that factory battery would only take 25 pictures. Well we have enjoyed that battery well past 200 pictrures and some video in one charge, so at this point no extra battery is needed. Plus, I bought a 32Gb memory card at Fry's for $40, so I did not get the extras that he offered.\r \r Nevertheless, we received the camera faster than expected and we would indeed return to 42nd Photo if the equipment we were purchasing was for sale there as well. more
