Review content:
I purchased a Nikon Coolpix P500 from 42nd Street Photo and we are very happy with the camera.\r \r Before shippng the camera someone called me to let me know it was about to ship, which I appreciated the customer service. The gentleman who called me offered additional equipment, but it was obvious that he did not know much about prices and equipment because he indicated that an 8Gb memory card and extra battery were valued at over $200 and that they would give it to me for $79. I asked why an extra battery and he said that factory battery would only take 25 pictures. Well we have enjoyed that battery well past 200 pictrures and some video in one charge, so at this point no extra battery is needed. Plus, I bought a 32Gb memory card at Fry's for $40, so I did not get the extras that he offered.\r \r Nevertheless, we received the camera faster than expected and we would indeed return to 42nd Photo if the equipment we were purchasing was for sale there as well.
