I use 3H for all our AC needs for the 30+ homes we manage. They show up when they say they are going to show up, they are respectful to all of our tenants and they bill for the work that needed to be done - they never try and upsell you. I called this co (3H) for an estimate and they actually repaired my three year old unit and gave me options on upgrading...the other 3 companies I called said my system needed total replacement for thousands of $$... be careful many companies only know how to sell new systems...... I saved thousands. more

We manage properties, and we rely on 3H Contracting for most of our property work unless the owners designate otherwise. They are very reliable and provide a good discount for our customers at times. If they have to go out for more extensive work than originally thought, they often give us a break. They are very helpful with our owners and our tenants. I've been working at this realty office for a year, and we have used 3H the entire time. 3H Contracting has really good rapport with us. They stay on top of their accounts. If we overpay, they are quick to send us the money back. They are good at account keeping. Their service technicians go over and above with our clients. Just the other day they were helping one of our disabled clients. He went over and above to make sure she stayed cool while he fixed the air conditioner. They really are good people. more

I had a problem with my air conditioner and 3H Contracting was listed in the coupon book. Since I wasn't overwhelmed by the last company I used I decided to try 3H. They sent out a really nice young man who knew what he was talking about. We ended up replacing the outside unit. He also checked over everything in the system. The air handler was only a couple of years old so he said there was no reason to replace that. That was nice, since most companies just try to sell you everything. The air conditioner is perfect; it is working great. My mother-in-law was also having problems with her air conditioner. I recommended 3H and got her the number. They replaced her whole system. She was very happy with the service, cleanliness, and everything that went along with it. I will call them for my semiannual check. They were always on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. more
