We manage properties, and we rely on 3H Contracting for most of our property work unless the owners designate otherwise. They are very reliable and provide a good discount for our customers at times. If they have to go out for more extensive work than originally thought, they often give us a break.
They are very helpful with our owners and our tenants. I've been working at this realty office for a year, and we have used 3H the entire time. 3H Contracting has really good rapport with us. They stay on top of their accounts. If we overpay, they are quick to send us the money back. They are good at account keeping.
Their service technicians go over and above with our clients. Just the other day they were helping one of our disabled clients. He went over and above to make sure she stayed cool while he fixed the air conditioner. They really are good people.
