Incredible! 7/3/2013

Dr. Hassan and his staff were incredible!! Our puppy was attacked and was saved by them! It was so nice that his staff cared so much to do emergency surgery, and saved our little baby. We're so grateful, thank you so much! more

After viewing the disturbing video of a tech slamming a dog against a wall, I certainly would not take my animals to this pet hospital! The vet's explanation of the action is also questionable! Absolutely no excuse for either to be working with animals. Would you want to take your pet to this Emergency Pet Hospital? more

After seeing the video on the news of one Employee slamming a small dog off of the wall 5 times, then find out she still has her job and the Doc. is defending her... I've seen this doctors money hungry, incompetent abusive self and staff in full action, about time someone caught it on camera! Watch YouTube for just a portion of the true staff! He should have been closed down a long time ago with his medical incompetence and it's sad that the pets are the ones who suffer from his touch. Even in an emergency I wouldn't trust my pets life to this hospital! more

Great guys! 6/21/2013

I recently heard of your 24 hr critical care pet hospital and cant tell you how thrilled I am to learn you are not too far from where I live with my 3 aging 13 yr old GSD's. In the past each time we had an emergency we have to drive to Satellite Row or to AVS in Maitland. It's wonderful to see that emergency facilities for pets are becoming more widespread. I cant thank you enough. Our pets mean so much to us and its so reassuring you are close in an emergency. Thanks. more

Wonderful! 6/18/2013

Just wanted to say THANK YOU ALL. The doctor and the staff were great. I was hard for me to carry Max my cat for 13 years at 3:00am last Thursday after he was attacked by a stray dog. He was breathing hard and I did not think he will make it but he did. He had to spend 1 day with Dr Hassan and he is doing very well now. I hope I never had to go through this again but it was great to find this place. more

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your kindness and compassion when our family needed it. On New Years Day, our family awoke to find our dog, Daisy, not able to move. She hadn't eaten in three days, and any food we offered she couldn't eat. She was 19 years old, and had been in our family for 14 of those years. We decided to put her to sleep. We all said our goodbyes, and I took her to your office. Dr. Hassan and the entire staff was extremely kind and understanding. Even though I was too upset for words at the time, I just thought it was important to let you know that your professionalism was appreciated. Thank you again. more
