Wanted to let everyone know how caring the staff is at this hospital. Last Saturday we lost our beloved ChiChi after 18 wonderful years, and being that it was late Saturday afternoon, and her Vet was already gone for the weekend. I called the ER and the staff member that answered was so gentle and kind in explaining what needed to be done (as I had no idea) and when my son in law arrived with out baby, they were so caring with our grief. We had Chichi cremated with Pet Angel thru the ER and we felt so blessed in the way everything was handled for her with their professionalism and compassion. Thank you so much Dr. Hassan and Staff! more

Mohammed Hassan DVM is THE WORST vet I've ever encountered! In my opinion all he does is pump up the situation and creates a HUGE GUILT TRIP to get unnecessary services. I did a little research and found loads of negative reviews including one in Rip-Off Report. Plus, it seems his ex office staff is also writing negative reviews on how unclean the place is behind closed doors. I recognized him from when he worked at The Orange County Animal Shelter when he used the name Mark Hassan. Now, he's going by Mohammed Hassan. In my opinion, either way this vet is should be avoided if at all possible. more

The people that are writing good remarks are not truthfull, this Dr. is crazy, he didn't touch my pet and diagnose tyroid desease with treatment of $180.00, just for tests. The staff didn't believe the breed of my pet, she even suggest to put it as a mix when my pet is a purebreed, they never heard of such a breed. Rooms are unclean with lots of other pets hair and who knows what deseases. Leave me at the room for 1/2 hr just waiting for me to accept their treatment. They are CRAZY............ Please don't take your pet there...... Please more

I am in shock of these previous positive reviews. This physician is incompetent, money hungry, and does NOT care for the well being of pets. I am willing to pay anything for the well being of my cat, but not for low quality care, and this is what this physician provides. My cat suffered trauma from another animal, and instead of providing optimal treatment, he spread out her "surgeries," did not adequately describe to me the type of surgery she would have, could not provide me with ANY documentation as to what was done to my pet, her pain was inadequately controlled, he ordered miscellaneous treatments such as "potassium injection" without ever drawing one lab to tell me what her actual potassium level was, removed her drains despite my advising him that these drains were still actively draining, only to tell me 2 days later he would need to surgically replace them again, and the list goes on and on. I paid a total of 1550 dollars for two days, and my cat was worse than when i brought more

Absolutely a horrible experience here. Only come here if you like the feeling of being ripped off... which I was. They charged me $90 for a consultation that they advertise for free on line. They didn't actually explain what was wrong with my cat- only gave him a shot. For all I know it was a saline shot. They people are VERY untrustworthy. more

this place should be closed down. there is ABUSE going on. I left my dog there for boarding and he came back dehyradted and lost 3 pounds. He was NOT the same. I contacted the news stations but no one got back to me. PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER take your animal there. They gave me EXPIRED medicine for my sick cat and stated ""it's not gonna kill him"". Going into the facility i noticed all the animals are neglected in some ways. Come in unexpected and they will NOT let you walk back there until they clean up the feces filled cages that they have been sitting in all day. They do not give hospitalized animals any food or water during their stay, even if they are ALLOWED to. They WILL shut down if i have anything to do with it. i will contact OSHA and make sure that these animals get treated right. That is a THREAT. Its unsanitary, the staff is not trained , i even heard of clients who have said they play ""doctor"". The techs will diagnose the animals and NOT the doctor. Says it's 24 hours, but there is NOT a doctor or a teche there 24 hours a day. IT IS A SCAM. They reuse syrignes on animals. they dont take the any precautions for the safety of the sick animals. the management is TERRIBLE. they dont care about your pet at all, its all for the money. They are real good at faking ,DO NOT GO THERE. They will be shut down, I GUARANTEE IT . more

Odd how there were several realistic negative reviews and then suddenly a torrent and I mean just a freaking saturation of rediculously positive and pretty sure, phony reviews that go on & on with not one other negative comment by all their "clients." Looks to me like someone has paid his shills to bury the negative reviews pertaining to his clinic. All the other vets have only 5 to 15 reviews and this Doc has 38 of them!! I won't EVER bother using this vet. $185 for a home euthansia in Nov 2010 is more than enough even in 2012 without gouging the clients for another $80 the day of the appointment especially when these people's beloved dog was suffering. This Vet sounds like a real smuck! (That's a male organ Doc!!) more

I trust that Dr. Hassan, Kristin and Stephanie have done there very best for Gretchen, my cat, I have been here weekly for her treatment and they have always taken care of her. I truly appreciate all they've done to keep her alive and comfortable, thanks for everything ! more

When I called for an appointment the call is quickly answered and the appointment was scheduled for a convenient time for myself. When I arrived, I was seen right away and my pet was given meds for flea and tick protection. All of my questions were answered and I felt they were glad to see me and my Dixie. Thanks to the whole group! more

I enjoy bringing Jazz here, Jazz is here today because of Dr. Hassan and his wonderful staff ! No matter if she comes for vaccines, a well visit, boarding or a sick visit, we always receives the best care ! Jazz knows she is taken care of with a great deal of compassion. She gets excited when she comes in ! She never appears nervous, our family is grateful for all you guys do !! more
