I cannot honestly comment on the menu for the restaurant, because I have only have the Kobe burger I go. Why you might ask do I limit myself to this one item. Well, I was tipped off by the Rocky Mountain News that it was the best hamburger in town, and they weren't lying. The beef, referred to as Kobe beef which originated in Japan, comes from cows that are fed beer mash and massaged on a daily basis. The belief is that happy mellow cows make for good beef, and I can tell by eating it that they must have been the most joyous cows on the planet. The burger should be eaten rare to med-rare with nothing added. Put the ketchup and mustard down!!! Try the fried potato salad for one of the sides, it is excellent, along with the strawberry vinaigrette salad.
Also of note is the fact that upstairs is for fine dining and romantic outtings and that downstairs every weekend they feature live music.
