For many people purchasing a car is a big decision, plenty of phone calls by pushy sales people can sometimes make you change your mind about buying a car at a certain dealer.
BMW in Bala Cynwd is a distinguished car dealer that tailor to the BMW lovers.
The car sales man who sold me the car was not trained as a sales person and therefore did not have much knowledge about the particular car.
After purchasing the car, BMW provide maintenance up to 4 years, but bringing your car to get it serviced at this BMW dealer is the worse experience ever. They would assign you a rep going by your last name. The person never returned calls when you leave a message for her, and numerous request to change rep has finally given me a chance to get someone else deal with my service questions and concerns.
