I've been going to Mae's since I was a kid, and the food is so consistently fabulous that its still my favorite brunch spot. Whether you're dining with your family, nursing a hangover or just looking for a great place to grab a bite with friends, Mae's is your best bet in Seattle, bar none (And I've eaten there in all those circumstances.). I introduced my boyfriend (now husband) to the place a couple years back, and he loved it just as much as I do. I knew then that he was a keeper. The service is awesome--so friendly and down-to-earth. It's like having brunch at a favorite aunt's house--Aunt Mae!
