I signed that for the On-the-Go unlimited plan. When I was checking my account online, I found it strange that there were some graphics showing data over usage. I immediately contacted Clear Support via chat. Clear says that my plan has limited data usage, I told them that I have a confirmation email from Clear from when I signed up that says otherwise. I offered to forward it to them but they refused it, because they don't have a support email address (how ridiculous is this?) Basically I spent 30 min telling the rep that I have written confirmation from Clear that my plan is unlimited all the rep could say was that his screen showed it otherwise. How is it possible that I have written confirmation of my plan, the Clear Rep says otherwise, refuses to see the email and that's it? Is Court the only option to make Clear deliver what it promises in the confirmation email? How poor is a support that is not able to investigate the fact that I have confirmation for one plan and their screen says otherwise? And by the way, now they want to charge me for the data overusage. Clear became a nightmare for me!!!
