When we moved to Atlanta we were referred to Bill Kelly at Allstate for our home & auto insurance. We didn't expect to need their services so quickly, but we did. In just a few months our car was totaled and we needed major roof repairs. I don't think you really know your insurance agent until you have an accident and need them. Allstate took complete care of us and treated us like gold. Both matters were settled quickly and we received more than fair settlements. Bill handled the situations with so much care that he has become one of our good friends in Atlanta.
