Review content:
The BodyPlex gym in Grayson is the worst gym I have every been a member of. The staff is the worst, it's not that the gym is to bad, but the staff is so awful it makes it feel like your in a dump. You can't ever get any help. I have seen the trainers doing stuff with people that looks like they are going to end up in traction a week later, WATCH OUT!
