Good: service, service, service. Bad: absolutely nothing!. Improvements: none. the club is the most amazingly staffed facility I have ever been a member of.. Other: I hate to say it but anyone posting negative comments about this club must be a former employee who was fired for not being a good representative of the bodyplex culture. I am a fan of bodyplex grayson on facebook and on July 2-5th, 2010 they had over 100 unique member posts that were the most amazing testimonials I have ever seen for a business. they truly care about their members!!!!. more

The BodyPlex gym in Grayson is the worst gym I have every been a member of. The staff is the worst, it's not that the gym is to bad, but the staff is so awful it makes it feel like your in a dump. You can't ever get any help. I have seen the trainers doing stuff with people that looks like they are going to end up in traction a week later, WATCH OUT! more

I do like this gym. BUt they should offer more morning classes. They also need more free weights. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. more

I think BodyPlex Grayson is the nicest gym I have ever worked out in. Their customer service is the best, they are always friendly and quick to help you. They are priced higher then other gyms in the area but you definitley get what you pay for. more

This place is GARBAGE. The staff is extremely rude, they are a rip off, their gym is NO GOOD. And I promise you that you will never feel comfortable working out here. Also when you sign the contract they, without pointing it out to you, make the choice for you to have your contract AUTOMATICALLY renew itself. They don't make you aware at ALL that they are doing this. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Find another local gym or workout at home. I'm only here writing this to help you understand what you're getting yourself into. Don't make my mistake. I only gave it one star because I had no other choice. I would have given it none. I wrote this review for the Bodyplex Grayson but it does apply to the other ones as well. I'm glad that there are some people who enjoy this place but I know of a lot of people, including myself, who hated it the moment they signed the contract. Save your money, join another gym, or buy yourself some of your own workout gear for home. more

I just went to work out at Bodyplex. I have been a member there for over 2 years. The first thing I find out is they have suddenly sold their business or run away from their business as the case may be. While standing at the desk with the unfriendly, defensive and uncoopoerative employees, who by the way seem as panicked and scared as the members, I overhear a member asking if they will still get their $19/month dues rate. Sounds like no big deal right? Sounds like a great deal right? WRONG! Myself and all the other long time loyal members have been paying $35+ per month. So if you've been around they rip you off if you walk in the door for the first time they give you have price. Apparently this horrible strategy of running a business isn't working. The club is filthy, poorly run and the equipment is broken constantly. Now the owner is running for the hills and selling out. I asked to have my dues lowered to the current rates (I am month to month) they said they would if I signed a 3 year contract!!! Anyone signing a contract with this unstable, poorly run and apparently failing business is making a big mistake. more

The staff is rude and only concerned with there own personal lives. After several months of going there being ignored or having to look for someone to pay for a bottle of water I quit. I couldn't be happier I joined another local full service gym I pay 2/3's less monthly with no contract. The staff at the new gym is friendly and caring. If your shoping around avoid bodyplex save yourself time and money. more
