We are writing you to let you know how pleased we are with our experience at your Bellevue showroom. Youcef Targui has left us with the best and smoothest car buying experience we had. He is really professional & courteous, on the phone and also in person. He wasn't aggressive or pushy the way many car salesperson often are. He kept his word by providing us with the missing navigation CD & missing spare key. He even offered to drive the CD to Dahlia's office in Redmond. We highly believe that you are already aware how great Youcef is, but we still would like to share our experience with you.
Besides Youcef, you're showroom impressed us as well. The play area was amazing - our daughter had a blast which made it easier for us to go through the process. A great review on CJD Bellevue has been posted online and we will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for Crysler, Jeep or Dodge to check you out.
Keep up the good work! Providing great customer service is as important as providing a great product. Thankfully, you do both!
